Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information Magical Palace of Wayne (“we,” “us”) collects through magicalpalaceofwayne.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Magical Palace of Wayne is an NJ Licensed Child Care Center (#CCC120680) at 201 Willowbrook Blvd, Wayne, NJ 07470.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, your child’s age, your desired start date and your message.
- Chat: the program or age group you’re interested in, desired start date, full- or part-time preference, your name, phone number, optional email address, any questions you type, and a copy of the chat conversation.
- Teacher’s application: your name, phone number, email address and message.
We also collect basic, non-identifying information about website visits through Google Analytics (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
Please don’t include sensitive details, such as medical information, in website forms. We’re happy to discuss those in person.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you: to answer questions, share availability and rates, schedule tours, follow up on enrollment, and review job applications. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see it
Form and chat submissions are received by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to our center inbox (MPOWNJ@gmail.com), which is provided by Google. Only our center staff who handle inquiries read them. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Other services linked from our site
- Tour booking links open Calendly, and registration links open Formsite. Information you enter there is handled under those companies’ own privacy policies.
- Our Contact page map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages and to Google reviews are covered by those services’ policies.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, your approximate location (city or region), and the type of device and browser you use. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also count when someone taps to call, books a tour, opens our registration form, gets directions or sends us a form or chat, but we never send your name, phone number, email address or messages to Google Analytics. We don’t use advertising cookies. Google’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The chat saves your conversation in your browser’s session storage so it isn’t lost if you change pages; it is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for parents, guardians and job applicants. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about your child that you choose to share, such as their age, is used only to answer your inquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications only as long as we need them to respond to you and for normal business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent through this website by emailing MPOWNJ@gmail.com or calling 973-638-1800.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to submissions to the staff who need them. No method of sending information online is completely secure, so please call us for anything sensitive.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date above.
